    I Like the Insert

    I like the insert. It is less expensive and just as comfortable as the outer pack, and it can easily be cleaned. Whereas cleaning the outer pack is not so easy. The outer pack holds the insert in place very well, and the insert keeps the majority of the oil from the outer pack so it can last longer.

    Super easy

    So, so, so easy. Attach it one time and you are good to go for many uses. Also way less mess than when I was soaking wool and using plastic and cotton . Such a mess…. I never did castor oil packs again. But I decided to give this a try and it has been so easy and virtually mess-free. I leave it on all night and definitely noticed a difference. This insert is so worth it. Definitely “add to cart.” I just wish they made an insert for the pelvic pack as well.

    Great addition to my liver pack!

    Love the fact that we can purchase these inserts to extend the length of our liver pack. Been using every night and it’s really helping me sleep and feel better. To me this just adds another level of protection for your clothes and helps save a little money.
