    This is my first experience using the castor oil pack, but I think the insert is essential! It clearly extends the life of the pack and gives you that extra cozy feeling with an additional layer of cotton flannel.

    Game changer

    I love the pelvic pack so much!!! Felt like I needed some support with my mom having ovarian cancer. I have loved how my bathroom stops, sleep, cramps have been so much improved!!

    No Morning Mess

    I was very pleased to wake up to no mess on my tee shirt and bedding the morning after using my castor oil pack with the flannel insert.

    I wish I would have sized up to the pelvic pack as I would have had better coverage being a plus size lady (18/20).
