Castor Oil Pack for Liver Kit with 100% Organic Cotton Flannel Insert

After using the Liver Castor Oil pack by itself for 60 days, and it becoming totally saturated and impossible to keep from saturating other items that come in contact with it, I think these cotton flannel inserts are a huge improvement to the overall system. They make it a little bit more bulky but they do cut down on the saturation of the Liver pack. I gave 4 stars because I think there is still room for improvement. I've only used my pack about 15 or 16 times and the outer shell is already starting to show some saturation. My guess is that after rotating through two of the inserts, I may need a new Liver pack to prevent total saturation. The only way I see to avoid it from saturating so quickly at this point is to apply the castor oil directly to my body (with hands or with the roll-on) as this seems to not saturate the insert as much as applying the castor oil directly to the cotton.
