Your Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid is a simple 2 step process when paired with Organic Castor Oil (sold separately):

Step 1: Pour 1 tbsp of Organic Castor Oil (sold separately) onto the soft cotton side of your Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid.

Step 2: Place the pack over your thyroid area and adjust the strap (not too tight).


That’s it! Wear for a minimum of 1 hour per day.

    Castor oil packs

    I love the castor oil packs!!!!! I see a difference in scaring on my abdomen from a laproscopic surgery to the inflammation to even my sleep and digestion!!!!

    Game Changer!

    I have struggled with digestive issues (IBSC) and inconsistent sleep for many years.
