Love it so far. I have been using castor oil packs through my chemotherapy but switched to your products. I have my last chemo in 2 weeks and hoping this practice will allow to help my body process and be as healthy as possible! I did not receive the metal pick for hair (but I am bald so does not matter now). I am hope filled that this has been a key part of my detox protocol!!

First of all the kit has everything you need. I noticed a fungal issue on my scalp, dandruff and hair thinning. Wishing a week and a half of nightly use (as well as the hormone castor oil kit) I am seeing a dramatic difference in hair fullness and less hair falling out!

It is a less-messy-way-to-apply castor oil packs. The wrap-arounds are comfortable and stay in place. Now I have smooth and gentle bowel movements and less bloating in the morning. Using it on my low back in the morning takes away the pain!! I will dedicate a pair of summer pajamas just for castor pack wearing at night because I thrash around, staining my sheets, but a small price to pay for such gentle and effective results.

I've only used the liver pack and it's a great support for your liver. Along with eating whole foods and taking supplements, the liver pack does give your liver the oomph it needs. For first time users, it can get messy, even if you put the oil in the middle of the pack. With the amount of oil and depending on how much you detox, you may need to replace it sooner than two months. After that, two months replacement is about right.
