FAQs

What is Castor Oil Fascia Massage?

Fascia is the tissue that holds your muscles, tendons, skin, and organs all together. This is the tissue that gets damaged and scarred and is said to hold on to old harmful emotions.

Massage with your roller to break apart adhesions and scars in tissues gently over time. This practice supports better circulation, lymphatic flow and collagen production.

Using a Fascia Massage Roller is an Ancient Chinese technique meant to support your body as it goes through natural seasons of change.

Is Castor Oil Fascia Massage Rolling uncomfortable?

Fascial Massage with your Body Roller can be uncomfortable if done on its own. But combining with Queen of the Thrones® Organic Castor Oil, the nutrient-dense, natural anti-inflammatory and pain reliever, makes the normal discomfort tolerable, and for some enjoyable.

Castor Oil with the Fascia Massage Roller smooths and supports the breaking up of tissues from ovarian cysts, fibroids and endometriosis (when combined with the Castor Oil Pelvic Pack) so you can reduce cellulite, fade stretch marks and scars, massage sore muscles and even process ‘stuck’ emotions.

Always talk to your doctor before starting any new practice. This is not meant to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose. This is for educational purposes only. Results vary.

When is the best time for me to use the Castor Oil Fascia Massage Roller?

The best time to do this practice is before or after you shower. Repeat daily for best results. Replace roller after 2-3 months.

Can I just drink Castor Oil?

If you take Castor Oil orally, it’s a stimulant laxative. This is often done for relieving constipation prescribed by pharmacists.

However, a study done in an old age home compared Castor Oil Packs for Liver to conventional laxatives and found they were just as effective, but without the harsh urgency to run to the bathroom!

    Enjoying the products.

I was gifted a pelvic kit and love it, so I ordered the massage roller kit also. The roller is fabulous but I notice a difference in the oil it seems. My first kit came with the oil that I favor most. The second bottle says “golden” and I don’t like it as much.
