It’s possible that themonthly hormonal cycle is imbalanced.
Symptoms all over the body may be caused by excesses or deficiencies of estrogen, progesterone or testosterone due to the liver being overwhelmed and unable to detox optimally.
This is the ideal kit for those with hormonal imbalance due to poor liver detox function, fertility problems, hashimoto’s thyroiditis, hypothyroid, PCOS, endometriosis, postpartum, periomenopause and menopause. This protocol can be combined with fertility medication, the birth control pill, or hormone replacement therapy.

The purpose of this kit is tosupport regulation of the monthly hormonal cycle. It does not matter if you are menstruating or not.
How to do it?

Day 1 of your menstrual cycle up to ovulation (2 weeks):
Wear your Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid for 1 hour each day. Wear your Castor Oil Pack for Liver for at least 1 hour before bed, or ideally overnight.
This is supportive for the highly estrogenic and inflammatory time of your cycle to reduce inflammation and support colon cleansing. If you do not have a period, begin this routine on the Full Moon.

Ovulation up to menstruation (2 weeks):
Continue to wear your Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid for 1 hour each day. Switch to wearing your Pelvic Castor Oil Pack for at least 1 hour before bed, or ideally overnight.
This is supportive for the highly progesterogenic time of your cycle, to nourish your pelvic area and naturally reduce cortisol. If you do not have a period, begin this part of your routine on the New Moon.
CAUTION: If trying to get pregnant, only wear the Castor Oil Pack from bleed to ovulation (usually around day 15), then stop your practice until day 1 of menstruation. Restart on day 1 of menstruation.
You can alternate the Liver Pack for 1 night and Pelvic Pack for 1 night for the first 2 weeks of your cycle. Castor Oil should not be used during pregnancy.
Disclaimer: Always ask your doctor if any new practice is right for you. This is not meant to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose. This is not medical advice, and is for educational purposes only. Results vary. Do not use Castor Oil during pregnancy. Do not use Castor Oil on open wounds.
