    Easy way to support my health!

    I was skeptical about the promises of castor oil but I am now a believer. The quickest change I noticed was deeper sleep. The other major change was morning regularity. When I read about the anti-inflammatory properties that can help relieve pain, I tried the pack on my abdomen during my cycle to see if it would help with cramps - it did!!! I have issues with clotting and wearing the pack for a few hours over my lower tummy really helped really cramping and keep things flowing. I won’t go without my caster oil pack now.

    Helps with Sleep

    When I use the kit I usually sleep better and longer. I feel that I am helping my liver to cleanse. As a cancer patient I want to do all that I can to improve my health while on chemo. I hope that the new flannels will last longer.
