How do I use it?

When combined with Organic Castor Oil (sold separately), your Fascia Massage Roller is as simple as 1, 2, 3:

Step 1: Apply Organic Castor Oil (sold separately) to the part of your body you will be rolling.

Step 2: With firm, gentle pressure, move the roller across your skin in different directions for 2-3 minutes.

    Excellent products

    I had been using castor oil on a piece of flannel for about an hour a few nights a week, not as often as I should and I didn't see much of a benefit for how messy and inconvenient it was. Wearing Queen of Thrones Castor Oil Liver Pack at bedtime for 3-7hrs I am having incredible results! No more mess. My IBSC, dry mouth, dry eyes, sleep are 75% better!! I am also on a detoxing protocol and wow is it aiding in that as well.

    At the same time I got the Facia Massage Roller and can't believe the difference in my inflammation and tension. I just need a person to do my whole body, lol.

    I have a lot of serious health issues from a car accident 18 years ago that caused a lot spine damage requiring many many procedures and surgeries. Cancer 3x and many other things. I am so grateful for the relief these products are already providing.

    I've been using this every night for just a few minutes on a fairly new scar on my leg, and I love the difference I'm starting to see.

    It feels great, but it also is so helpful for lymph flow, blood flow, and promoting healthy tissue after having surgery.

    Cheaper than regular massage! Very easy to use. Love it!

    Results Felt…Immediately

    I am chronically ill and part of my illness is that my body is not able to process toxins and thus effects my connective tissue from the top of my head to the tips of my toes. I immediately felt relief after the first use of the massage roller!! I have to do these types of massages 2-3 times a week and now with this tool I feel it will be so much easier and a lot more relief. Thank you!!

    Easy easy easy

    I have done castor oil packs in the past and had to discontinue due to the mess and just the process in general. Queen of thrones changed all that. I was doubtful but man do they make it easy! All I do is apply my pack and I can go about my busy schedule or lie down and relax. And it truly is mess free. Plus I’ve already noticed changes in bowel functions and periods. 100000% recommend.

    Amazing Sleep!

    I had no idea how much this would help me rest at night. I originally started using the liver pack as a detox but, even on the first night, I noticed a significant difference in my ability to fall asleep and have a restful night. Now, I never sleep without it!
