Step 2: With firm, gentle pressure, move the roller across your skin in different directions for 2-3 minutes.

What does it feel like?
Castor Oil (sold separately) is a nutrient-rich, natural anti-inflammatory used to relieve pain, while supporting the slight discomfort that may be felt when using the Castor Oil Fascia Massage Roller. Over time, as the tissues are released, discomfort is reduced.
Together they support lymphatic flow and reduced inflammation so that you can:
- Support breakdown of cysts, fibroids, and endometrial scar tissue when combined with a Castor Oil Pelvic Pack
- Reduce the appearance of stretch marks, scars and cellulite
- Release tight fascia
- Enhance circulation and blood flow to muscles and organs
- Support lymphatic drainage to release congestion and inflammation in tissues
What’s it made of?
The Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Fascia Massage Roller is made with flexible silicone and metal marbles so you can easily roll around your every fascial pain and tension. Combine with Queen of the Thrones® Organic Castor Oil (sold separately) for nutrient-rich, pain relief and anti-inflammatory support.
Will it fit me?
Yes! The comfortable and adjustable hand strap fits like a glove so you can easily roll around your every fascial pain and tension.
What is Castor Oil Fascia Massage?
Fascia is the tissue that holds your muscles, tendons, skin, and organs all together. This is the tissue that gets damaged and scarred and is said to hold on to old harmful emotions.
Massage with your roller and Castor Oil (sold separately) to gently, over time, break apart adhesions and scars in tissues by stimulating better circulation, lymphatic flow and supporting collagen production.
Using a Fascia Massage Roller is an Ancient Chinese technique meant to support your body as it goes through natural seasons of change.
Is Castor Oil Fascia Massage Rolling uncomfortable?
Fascial Massage with your Body Roller can be uncomfortable if done on its own. But combining with Queen of the Thrones® Organic Castor Oil, the nutrient-dense, natural anti-inflammatory and pain reliever (sold separately), makes the normal discomfort tolerable, and for some enjoyable.
Castor Oil with the Fascia Massage Roller smooths and supports the breaking up of tissues from ovarian cysts, fibroids and endometriosis (when combined with the Castor Oil Pelvic Pack) so you can reduce cellulite, fade stretch marks and scars, massage sore muscles and even process ‘stuck’ emotions.
Always talk to your doctor before starting any new practice. This is not meant to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose. This is for educational purposes only. Results vary.
When is the best time for me to use the Castor Oil Fascia Massage Roller?
The best time to do this practice is before or after you shower. Repeat daily for best results. Replace roller after 2-3 months.
Can I just drink Castor Oil?
If you take Castor Oil orally, it’s a stimulant laxative. This is often done for relieving constipation prescribed by pharmacists. However, a study done in an old age home compared Castor Oil Packs for Liver to conventional laxatives and found they were just as effective, but without the harsh urgency to run to the bathroom!

I had been using castor oil on a piece of flannel for about an hour a few nights a week, not as often as I should and I didn't see much of a benefit for how messy and inconvenient it was. Wearing Queen of Thrones Castor Oil Liver Pack at bedtime for 3-7hrs I am having incredible results! No more mess. My IBSC, dry mouth, dry eyes, sleep are 75% better!! I am also on a detoxing protocol and wow is it aiding in that as well.
At the same time I got the Facia Massage Roller and can't believe the difference in my inflammation and tension. I just need a person to do my whole body, lol.
I have a lot of serious health issues from a car accident 18 years ago that caused a lot spine damage requiring many many procedures and surgeries. Cancer 3x and many other things. I am so grateful for the relief these products are already providing.

I've been using this every night for just a few minutes on a fairly new scar on my leg, and I love the difference I'm starting to see.
It feels great, but it also is so helpful for lymph flow, blood flow, and promoting healthy tissue after having surgery.
Cheaper than regular massage! Very easy to use. Love it!

I am chronically ill and part of my illness is that my body is not able to process toxins and thus effects my connective tissue from the top of my head to the tips of my toes. I immediately felt relief after the first use of the massage roller!! I have to do these types of massages 2-3 times a week and now with this tool I feel it will be so much easier and a lot more relief. Thank you!!

I have done castor oil packs in the past and had to discontinue due to the mess and just the process in general. Queen of thrones changed all that. I was doubtful but man do they make it easy! All I do is apply my pack and I can go about my busy schedule or lie down and relax. And it truly is mess free. Plus I’ve already noticed changes in bowel functions and periods. 100000% recommend.

I had no idea how much this would help me rest at night. I originally started using the liver pack as a detox but, even on the first night, I noticed a significant difference in my ability to fall asleep and have a restful night. Now, I never sleep without it!
