How do I use it?

Your road to wellness just became a whole lot easier thanks to this quick and easy two-step process.

Morning Practice:

In the morning, use your Lymphatic Dry Brush to perform a 5-10 minute dry brushing routine. Optional: Apply Golden Castor Oil to your skin before for a “wet” dry brushing experience.

Evening Practice:

In the evening, apply Golden Castor Oil to your Liver Castor Oil Pack and tie it comfortably over your liver area. Then, apply a small amount of Golden Castor Oil around your eyes, lashes and brows, and cover with the Eye Castor Oil Pack before you go to sleep.
