How do I use it?

Your Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid is a simple 2 step process.

Step 1: Pour 1 tbsp of Organic Castor Oil onto the soft cotton side of your Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid.

Step 2: Place the pack over your thyroid area and adjust the strap (not too tight).

That’s it! Wear for a minimum of 1 hour per day.

For hygiene, apply fresh Castor Oil each time and replace your pack every 2 months!

Will it impact any of my medications, thyroid hormone therapy, birth control pills, or supplements?

No, Castor Oil Packs are safely combined with any medication and supplement and may help them work better.

They are safe to use while on hormone replacements, thyroid medications, or birth control pills and support hormone balance if you are weaning off. In very rare cases, a hypersensitivity reaction to Castor Oil may occur, if this should happen please discontinue use.

Lymphatic drainage
My Functional doctor recommended that I use your product, specifically in the pelvic area to help my lymphatics drain. This worked amazingly well. More trips to the bathroom at night, but my legs are feeling better.
