Less puffy!
I waking up to a flatter stomach when I wear the castor oil pack overnight! And having a BM in the morning is a bonus! I only wear it 2-3 nights a week but it works wonders!

Sleeping better!
I did the 7 days and was definitely sleeping through the night and feeling more rested. Also had a poop as soon as I would wake up. I stopped for a few days after the 7 and was waking up and not regular. Did it again and slept and went!

Great Product
Love the product-castor oil has so many benefits. However, your shipping departments needs to check the lid to make sure it is tight. That being said, mine arrived with oil all over the inside of the bag. What a mess.

Lymphatic drainage
My Functional doctor recommended that I use your product, specifically in the pelvic area to help my lymphatics drain. This worked amazingly well. More trips to the bathroom at night, but my legs are feeling better.
