Your Castor Oil Pack for Kids is a simple 2 step process when paired with Organic Castor Oil (seperately):
Step 1: Pour 1 tbsp of Organic Castor Oil onto the soft cotton side of your child’s Castor Oil Pack.

These are great for my kids, but as a 5'5" adult I actually love this size if I need it during the day. It's easier to hide under my clothes and fits my torso better.

I bought this for myself since I’m only 5 feet I figured the size would be better than the adult. I was right. But the straps on this seem like they won’t last and are hard to really get the pack to be really snug. Kind of feel like I could have just laid a towel on me with castor oil and it would have been the same. For the price I would have expected better.
I'm newer to using castor oil packs but with my research I've done Queen of Thrones seems to be the best out there. I feel good about using these packs and oil on my family. My kids wear it comfortably before bed. I'll definitely be ordering more.
