After reading on your products for a long time, I finally tried the packs and am reading the book. Wow a lot in that book. The castor packs have worked for my digestive system that was very gassy, loud, troubled. And I do sleep better! No way to make wearing the pack totally ok with clothes and need to be careful. The night mask doesn’t stay on my face…..I think I take it off in the middle of the night. I like having the oil for my face. Do you have a FB group where people talk about issues? Might be worth me checking out. thank you.

I love this meal plan. It has foods I recognize and can easily find. It has great instructions on how to prepare the food as well. Would definitely recommend this to others.
